Terms of Service
1. Who may use OnlyHub
You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for the accuracy of every consent declaration you make.
2. Your content, your rights
You retain ownership of the material you upload and of the characters you create. You grant the operator only the permission needed to process that material to provide the service. The operator does not claim rights in your output and does not use your material to train shared models.
3. Your responsibilities
- Hold the rights to everything you upload.
- Make truthful consent declarations and retain the evidence you reference.
- Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and with the rules of every platform you publish to.
- Meet the age-assurance and disclosure requirements of the jurisdictions you distribute into.
4. Upstream model licences flow down to you
This clause is unusual and it is not boilerplate. Some of the open models that can be used for character generation carry licences that bind not only the operator but everyone downstream. Where such a model is in use, the following restrictions apply to you directly and the operator is contractually obliged to impose them.
You may not use the models, their derivatives, or their output: in violation of any applicable law; to exploit or harm minors; to generate or disseminate false information intended to harm; to generate or disseminate personal information that could be used to harm someone; to defame, disparage or harass; for fully automated decisions affecting a person's legal rights; to discriminate against or harm individuals or groups; to exploit vulnerabilities of a group based on age or disability; to discriminate on legally protected characteristics; to provide medical advice or interpret medical results; or to generate information for use in the administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes.
Which model is in use determines whether these apply. The operator records the model, licence and any flow-down obligations against every asset produced, so this can be established after the fact rather than assumed.
5. Service and availability
The service is provided as-is. Processing capacity depends on infrastructure the operator rents, and some functions may be unavailable while capacity is not provisioned. No uptime guarantee is offered at this stage.
6. Suspension
Accounts may be suspended immediately for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. Where a breach concerns section 1 of that policy, the audit record is preserved and the matter referred to the appropriate authority.
7. Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for content you choose to publish. You remain responsible for the legality of what you produce and distribute.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
